PT EMBROITEX JAYA was established in 1998, based on the deed of establishment contained in the Deed No. 25 dated November 7, 2000, made before SHINTA AMELIAWATY, S.H. Notary in Surabaya. The establishment has been ratified by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. C-11061 Ht.01.01.TH.2001 dated October 9, 2001.

On January 20th, 2006 the company was registered with the registrar’s office in accordance with Law N0.3 of 1982 concerning Compulsory Registration of Companies with no. TDP 130211700469 at the Gresik Regency company registration office Number 523/BH.13-2/I/2006. The company’s articles of association have been amended, most recently by the Deed of Notary Abdul Muis Ikhsan, S.H. on September 30, 2015.

Based on the deed of establishment, PT. Embroitex operates on the basis of the following aims and purposes:

Doing business in industry and trade
Running a business in the industrial sector, especially the textile manufacturing industry
Importing raw materials to produce these business activities
Trade the products (finished goods) both for domestic, inter-island, and export
Act as an agent, distributor, and supplier.

We have a full fledge process house with all latest machineries for processing of various kinds of fabrics under the name CV. Indradhanu which is a sister company of PT. Embroitex Jaya. We also do commission dyeing and processing on jobwork basis.
